  2. I’m so late in leaving a comment for this bread, but after coming back to the website to look for more great recipes, I realized I’d never commented. Okay, so I made this bread and it was a HUGE hit! SO SO YUMMY (yeah, that lady who left the comment about her sweet daughter-in-law making this bread…that’s me, I’m the daughter-in-law haha!) I will make this often if I’m tasked with bringing something to a gathering. This bread is perfect to bring to a brunch or to bake for a special weekend morning treat with kids. So delicious and simple. I can’t wait to try other Bread Lady recipes.

    1. Yes, this can be made as one large loaf. The 9×5 loaf pan you are using is the perfect size…anything smaller and it would not all fit. I’d check it at 50 minutes and see if the center is done. A larger loaf may require 5-10 more minutes bake time, but it just depends on your oven.

  3. I’m always looking for ways to use my leftover homemade cranberry sauce and this looks delicious! I’m going to add orange zest to the initial batter as I love cranberry orange combo (and it will bring out the orange in my c-berry sauce). I’m assuming almond flavoring is extract. Can’t wait to make this as I made batches of homemade kahlua yesterday for gifts and I’m on a roll!

    Made this bread today, used 1 2/3 cups of homemade cranberry sauce. It was delicious, everyone in the family loved it, they wanted more. Instead of layering the cranberry sauce I lightly stirred it into the batter. Thank you for sharing your recipe.

    I love this bread. It’s excellent in every way. I did make and use a friend’s cranberry sauce recipe that I use for turkey. I will be making this over and over again.
